Humanitarian / Community
We strive to deliver our expertise and support to those who seek it wherever possible irrespective of economic / geographic / political or other barriers. We provide professional services to a number of donor funded humanitarian organisations and in-need communities on a pro bono basis. We partner and deliver expertise to the United Nations Joint Logistics Centre www.unjlc.org (HO - Rome) who are often the first in theatre at Sudden On-set Disasters. When asked by the World Economic Forum Airport Emergency Team for support during the recent Asian Tsunami we were proud to initiate a rapid deployment of logistics specialists to assist with one of the worlds largest civilian heavy lift air cargo handling operations in Colombo Sri Lanka. This deployment was followed by the insertion of a high calibre Australian Supply Chain specialist to assist post Tsunami Aid Management. We have been instrumental in establishing the Oasis Africa AIDS Orphanage / School in one of Africa's largest slums in Kibera , Nairobi Kenya and are committed to the rapidly expanding population of children (330 + March 2006) it serves, we have co-founded www.oasisafrica.net to help fund this desperate community.
